Verified on a real van
Drawn on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 906 L2 high roof, cut in plywood and test-fitted in the van before publishing. Verified August 2026.
What it's like
Covers the entire ceiling of the cargo area with 90 mm slats that attach to the factory crossmembers without drilling through the body panel. The design includes holes for two LED spots on every other slat and the cutout for a 400 × 400 mm roof hatch. The slats butt together with a V-groove that hides variations of up to 2 mm.

Questions about this design
Does it work on a low roof?
No. The curve of the slats is calculated for the high roof of the 906. We are working on a low-roof version.
How is it attached?
With hidden clips cut from the same pack and self-drilling screws into the factory crossmembers. There is no need to drill the outer body panel.
