Lining templates
The first step of any conversion: the floor and the plywood panels that go over the body. Measured on a real van, verified by cutting, and delivered as DXF so any CNC shop you choose can cut them.
1 · What's included
One template per part
Floor
Full outline with wheel arches and door steps, nested for 2440 × 1220 mm sheets.
Rear doors
Both leaves, with fixing holes marked and the handle cut-out.
Sliding door
One piece with the lower step and the latch clearance.
Walls
Sides in two or three pieces per side, with window openings as an optional layer.
2 · How we verify
None ships without being cut first
That's the difference between a template and a file downloaded from the internet: each one is tested in the van it came from.

A physical template on the real body, not on a drawing.

Cut and test-fitted
We cut it in plywood, put it in place and fix whatever needs fixing.

Published with a label
The product page says which van and when it was verified. If it isn't verified, it says that too.
3 · Your van
Tell me when my van's template is out
We start with the Sprinter 906 and continue with the models people ask for most. Pick yours and we'll email you when it's ready, with a launch price.
One email when your template is out, nothing else. If you have a van we can measure, write to us: the first template for each model is made with a customer.
In the meantime, the universal accessories cut for any van.
