Terms and conditions

Purchase terms for VanCut Studio digital designs: digital product, payment, downloads, right of withdrawal and liability.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

01Who we are and what we sell

VanCut Studio (“we”) sells digital designs of wall panels and accessories for van conversions, ready to cut on a CNC router. Every purchase is a pack of downloadable files: we do not sell furniture, cut parts, or cutting or assembly services.

By buying on vancut.com.ar you accept these terms, the License and the Privacy policy. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.

02Digital product: what you get and what you don't

You receive cutting files (DXF and SVG), a 3D model (STEP), an assembly manual in PDF, the bill of materials and the datasheet, as described on each design's product page.

The final result depends on the material you choose, on the cut made by the CNC shop or your machine, and on how you assemble it. Van dimensions vary by year and trim: before buying, check your vehicle's measurements against the datasheet. We recommend cutting a test piece before cutting the full pack.

We do not guarantee an exact fit on modified vehicles or on versions not listed as compatible.

03Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Argentine pesos (ARS) for buyers in Argentina, paid through Mercado Pago, and in US dollars (USD) for the rest of the world, paid by card through Paddle. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one in force when you confirm the purchase.

In Argentina, payment is processed by Mercado Pago and prices include all taxes. Outside Argentina, the charge is made by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: it issues the invoice in your name and collects and remits the taxes that apply in your country, which may be added to the price at checkout depending on your location.

An order is confirmed only when the payment provider notifies us that the payment was approved; until then it shows as pending and downloads are not enabled.

We do not store card details: they are handled by Mercado Pago or Paddle under their own terms.

04Delivery and downloads

Once the payment is approved we send you an email with access to your account and your downloads. The files also remain available under “My account” while the order is active.

Each file in the pack can be downloaded up to 5 times. If you need more, write to us and we will extend the limit at no cost.

Download links expire after 15 minutes for security; you can generate a new one from your account as many times as needed within the limit.

05Right of withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw from the purchase within 10 calendar days from payment confirmation, without giving a reason, using the site's Right of withdrawal form (Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24.240, art. 34, and Resolution 424/2020). We refund the full amount through the same payment method.

Because this is digital content, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once you have downloaded the files, unless the pack has a defect that prevents its use. In that case we fix it or refund your money.

If the CNC shop cut it badly or the part did not turn out as expected because of the material or the assembly, that is not grounds for a refund, but write to us anyway: we can usually help.

06Account and security

Your account is created automatically with the email you use to buy, and you sign in with a single-use link (no password). You are responsible for keeping access to that email.

Do not share download links or files: the license is personal. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

07Intellectual property

The designs, files, manuals, texts and images on the site are the property of VanCut Studio and are protected by Argentine copyright law (Law 11.723). A purchase grants you a license to use them under the License terms; it does not transfer ownership of the design.

08Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the design. We are not responsible for damages arising from cutting, assembly or use of the furniture in the vehicle, nor for material or machine costs.

Cutting tools are dangerous: follow the safety rules of the shop and of the machine manufacturer.

09Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In case of a dispute, you may file a complaint with Argentina's National Consumer Protection Directorate (Dirección Nacional de Defensa del Consumidor) or the consumer authority of your province. For questions, write to hola@vancut.com.ar.
