01What data we collect
- When you buy: your email, the designs purchased, the chosen license, the amount, the currency, the site language and the payment identifier reported to us by Mercado Pago or Paddle. We do not receive or store card details.
- When you download: date, IP address and browser of each download, to control the download limit and detect abuse.
- When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email and the page you signed up from.
- When you use the right of withdrawal form: email, order number if you have it, and any reason you choose to share.
- Browsing: cookies with the van model you selected (vancut_van), the language (vancut_locale) and the currency (vancut_currency), to show you the right catalog and prices. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
02What we use it for
To deliver what you bought, issue the receipt, give you access to your account, answer questions, meet legal and tax obligations and, only if you subscribed, let you know about new designs. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
03Who we share it with
Providers we need in order to operate, each with its own policies:
- Mercado Pago (payment processing in Argentina).
- Paddle (international card payment processing; as merchant of record it issues the invoice and remits the taxes of your country).
- Supabase (database, authentication and file storage; servers outside Argentina).
- Resend (transactional email delivery).
- Vercel (site hosting).
By using the site you consent to this international transfer of data, with the safeguards those providers offer.
04How long we keep it
Purchase data is kept while your account exists and for the period required by Argentine tax rules (10 years). Download records, 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions, until you unsubscribe.
05Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data by writing to hola@vancut.com.ar from your registered email. We respond within 10 calendar days.
The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), the supervisory body under Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding breaches of personal data protection rules.
06Security
Design files are kept in private storage and are delivered only through signed links generated by our server after verifying your purchase. Account access is through a single-use link sent to your email; we do not store passwords.
07Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date on this page. For significant changes we notify you by email.
