If you bought a design from VanCut Studio you may withdraw within 10 calendar days from payment confirmation, at no cost and without having to explain why. This right is granted by Argentina's Consumer Protection Law (Law 24.240, art. 34) and Resolution 424/2020 of the Secretariat of Domestic Trade.
To exercise it, fill in the form below or write to hola@vancut.com.ar. We reply within 48 business hours with a confirmation, and the refund is processed through the same payment method you used.
02Digital content already downloaded
Because we sell files, once you have downloaded the pack it cannot be returned and the right of withdrawal no longer applies (art. 1116 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code). If you have not downloaded anything yet, the refund is automatic.
If the pack has an error that prevents its use, that is not a withdrawal but a warranty matter: we fix it or refund your money either way.
