Frequently asked questions

Do I need to own a CNC?

No. You buy the file and take it to any shop with a CNC router. Most cities have shops that cut by the machine hour; we tell you what to ask them.

What material do I use?

The designs are made for 9, 12 or 15 mm guatambú plywood depending on the part, available at any lumber yard. Each product page states the thickness and the number of sheets.

Does it work for my van if it is not a Sprinter?

Each design states which models it fits exactly and which ones it can be adapted to. Universal accessories fit any van; wall panels are fitted to a specific model.

What do I get after paying?

An email with access to the downloads: DXF and SVG with one layer per operation, STEP 3D model, PDF assembly manual, bill of materials and datasheet. You can download them again from your account.

Can I modify the design?

Yes. The pack includes the STEP model to open in any CAD (Fusion 360, FreeCAD, SolidWorks) and adapt it to your van.

Which bit does the shop need to use?

Every design is cut with a 6 mm two-flute straight bit. The joints are compensated for that diameter; if the shop uses another one, tell them to check the fit.

Can I use the designs to sell furniture?

The personal license covers one vehicle of your own. For shops and converters there is a commercial license per design that allows producing for others.

Do you offer refunds?

As a digital product, once downloaded it cannot be refunded. Before downloading you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 days of purchase.
