What it's like
Finish your Sprinter 906 rear doors in an afternoon. The pack includes shop-ready cutting files in two versions: Flat (6 mm, minimal) and Slotted (9 mm, with 43 slots for bungees, straps and organizers). The panels clip into the door's factory holes, so there is no drilling. Before cutting, you check the fit with the 1:1 template and calibrate the holes with the test piece, which is cut from the handle opening. Includes an illustrated guide, technical sheet, workshop sheet and 3D models.

Questions about this design
Do I need a CNC machine?
No. You buy the files and any workshop with a wood CNC router can cut them. The pack includes a one-page workshop sheet with every instruction.
How do I know it fits my Sprinter?
It fits the Sprinter 906 (NCV3) panel van: 2006–2018 in Europe, 2007–2018 in the US, and Argentine-built vans from August 2012 to 2019. It does not fit the current Sprinter (907/VS30). If in doubt, the 1:1 template confirms the fit before cutting.
Does it fit every length?
Yes: short (3250), standard (3665) and long (4325 mm) wheelbase. With or without rear windows, 180° or 270° doors.
Do I need to drill the door?
No. The panels use the door's factory holes with 8 mm push-pin clips. For a stiffer fit, the guide explains the rivet-nut option.
Which material should I use?
6 mm plywood for the Flat version and 9 mm for the Slotted one (we use guatambú plywood). Black film-faced plywood also looks great.
